Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued in their relationships. But knowing what a healthy relationship actually looks like, and having the skills to build and maintain one, isn't something most of us are taught directly.
This series was designed to change that.
Relationships 101 is a six-part series designed for LGBTQ+ people in Wyoming and beyond. It starts with what healthy relationships look like across all areas of life, builds toward a deeper understanding of the full relationship continuum, and ends with practical tools you can use every day in your romantic relationships, your friendships, your chosen family relationships, and your community.
Whether you're in a relationship right now, thinking about past ones, or just want to build these skills, this series meets you where you are, with no judgment.

A Note Before You Begin
Some of this content touches on abuse, violence, and identity-based harm. That can bring up strong feelings. The content warning above is there for a reason, please take it seriously. Take breaks if you need to, come back when you're ready, and remember that you don't have to go through this all at once.
You are not alone and support is always available on the resources page.
Module 2: Boundaries, Communication, and Showing Up for Each Other
The skills module. Covers communication styles, how to set and express limits, how to respond instead of react, how to repair conflict, and how to show up for someone who needs support. Includes LGBTQ+-specific communication contexts.
Module 6: Knowing What to Look For
Build the skill of pattern recognition: what shifting along the continuum looks like in real life, how to recognize early warning signs, and how to show up for someone before things get worse.
