Volunteer at Rendezvous
August 5-9, 2026
Want to attend Rendezvous while helping make Wyoming’s biggest LGBTQ+ gathering happen?
Volunteer with us! Rendezvous is powered by community. Volunteers help keep camp running, welcome attendees, support meals and events, and make the weekend smoother, safer, and more joyful for everyone.
For more than 30 years, Rendezvous has been a beloved LGBTQ+ camping tradition and a critical fundraiser for Wyoming Equality. When you volunteer, you are helping build a fairer, kinder Wyoming.
How the Volunteer Ticket Works
A volunteer ticket is a discounted event pass for people who want to attend Rendezvous and help make the event happen.
Volunteer tickets are per person, not per day. You only need to purchase one Volunteer Ticket Hold whether you are coming for one day, the weekend, or the full event.
The Volunteer Ticket Hold is currently $22.40 through OneCause. Volunteers earn $20 per volunteer hour toward the cost of their ticket.
Here’s how that works:
A 5-Day Pass is $151.20. Completing approximately 7.5–8 volunteer hours covers the full cost of 5-day event access.
A Weekend Access Pass is $100. Completing approximately 5 volunteer hours covers the cost of weekend access.
A Single Day Pass is $50. Completing approximately 2.5 volunteer hours covers the cost of one-day access.
Your volunteer hours may happen all in one day, across the weekend, or throughout the full event depending on when you attend and which shifts are available.
If you are only coming for one day, you are still welcome to volunteer. Please sign up for enough volunteer hours to cover the type of access you need, or reach out if you are unsure which option fits your plans.
How to Sign Up
To volunteer at Rendezvous:
Purchase one Volunteer Ticket Hold through OneCause. This holds your discounted volunteer access for the event. You only need one Volunteer Ticket Hold per person.
Sign up for volunteer shifts through SignUp.com. Volunteer shifts will list the role, day, time, and number of hours. Please choose enough shifts to match the ticket access you need: approximately 2.5 hours for one day, 5 hours for weekend access, or 7.5–8 hours for the full 5-day event.
Check in when you arrive at Rendezvous. Volunteers should check in at the main check-in tent. We will confirm your Volunteer Ticket Hold, review your shifts, and answer questions.
Complete your assigned volunteer hours. Volunteer hours will be tracked through shift sign-ins and verification during the event.
