Hey there Camper,

We are only a few days away from Rendezvous 2024 (August 7–11) and your registration for the event is confirmed.
 

If you are coming up early, please help us set up Main Camp at 10am on Tuesday, August 6. We will provide a free lunch for all volunteers this day.

Please keep vehicles within 100 ft of existing signed and numbered roads.It is not acceptable to drive to the campsite to unload gear if that campsite is more than a 100 ft away from the road. The Forest Service patrols this event and they will make you move your camp.

Arrival
Please check in at the red registration tent at Main Camp to get your event armband(s).

At a bare minimum, registration will be open at the following times:

• Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 9am – 6pm

• Friday 9am – 9pm

Agenda
We have a full event agenda and will give you a copy of it when you check in, but you can also view it online. Please remember to bring some cash for Drag Queen Bingo, Beer Bust, raffles, and more.

At the time of sending this email, the USFS has no fire ban in place but this is subject to change. Please check the Medicine Bow National Forest website or any updates as they happen.

Food
If you do not want to cook while at Rendezvous, please purchase meal tickets from our registration tent or Online

• Wednesday, free potluck 5:30pm – 7:00pm

• Thursday to Saturday 5:30pm – 7pm

Showers
Community shower tickets are available at the Main Camp Registration Tent for $5.
