Regular Registration
Non-WE/UGLW members: $114 for the entire event or $100 for the weekend.
WE/UGLW members: $99 for the entire event or $85 for the weekend.
GROUPS of 5 or more:
Non-WE/UGLW members: $104 for the entire event or $90 for the weekend.
WE/UGLW Members: $89 per member for the entire event or $75 per member for the weekend.

Scholarships
It is not our intent to price Rendezvous out of anyone’s reach. Please call or write if you need assistance or would like to make a scholarship donation.
Meals
Dinner is available each day for $10/meal on Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Wednesday - FREE potluck! WE will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and condiments
Thursday - Pasta with Meat Balls or Sausage (vegetarian available), Salad, Bread, Fruit Shortcake
Friday - Chile–Chicken or Beef (vegetarian available), Fritos, Cheese, Onions, Salads, Cinnamon rolls
Saturday - Fajita’s, Beef or Chicken, chips and salsa, Beans, Cake
Breakfast and lunch can be purchased at Rendezvous at Welcome Services.
Refunds
Full refunds minus $10 cancellation fee will be granted through July 26, 2013. From July 27-August 2, 2013, 50% refunds minus $10 cancellation fee granted. No refunds after August 3, 2013. All refunds will be issued by August 31, 2013.
